About the role
We're looking for an SEO Specialist to grow organic visibility and performance across our iGaming projects.
You'll work closely with content, product, analytics and development teams to shape and deliver SEO initiatives, with room to contribute ideas, test hypotheses and take on more ownership as you grow.
What you'll do
- 01Develop and implement SEO strategies for competitive iGaming projects
- 02Research keywords, competitors and organic growth opportunities
- 03Find technical, content and on-page improvements and drive them with the relevant teams
- 04Analyze search visibility, organic traffic and user behavior
- 05Track results and use insights to refine priorities and test new approaches
- 06Work with content specialists on briefs, site structure and content quality
- 07Support technical SEO improvements with product and development teams
- 08Help launch and grow new websites and domains
What we're looking for
- Practical SEO experience and a solid understanding of how organic search works
- The ability to analyze rankings, traffic and user behavior
- A results-focused approach tied to broader business goals
- Understanding of technical, on-page, content and off-page SEO
- Familiarity with analytics, search performance and site audit tools
- The ability to plan your work independently and collaborate well
- Curiosity, initiative and a drive to keep developing

- iGaming, gambling, betting or casino projects
- Russian or other competitive markets
- High-intent commercial search terms
- Launching new domains or managing multi-site projects
- Link profiles, domain evaluation and off-page ranking factors
- SEO research and crawling tools
- Basic HTML and CMS knowledge
- Case studies showing growth in visibility or organic traffic
